Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our reservation office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and we have on call dispatch 24/7

Q:  May we come see the vehicle we would like to request?
A: Absolutely, we recommend booking an appointment to come meet our team, tour our fleet and make yourself comfortable with your decision to hire the correct service.

Q: May we customize our package?
A: Absolutely, our reservation staff will help you custom any package

Q: What method of Payments do you accept?
A: Cash, Cheque,  Visa and Master Card Accepted

Q: Do you offer corporate billing?
A: Yes, on all accounts that exceed $1500.00 monthly OAC.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: yes, on all larger vehicle types Non refundable Deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation and for all specialty events such as weddings and proms

Q: Do you offer better incentive pricing for off season weddings and graduations?
A: yes, Up to 20%  price reductions for November to April wedding packages and Semi formals

Q: Do you demand a gratuity?
A: No, however 99% of our clients prefer that a gratuity be included on the bill.

Q: What is a standard gratuity?
A: Our industry suggest between 15 and 20%.

Wedding Cancellation Policy

• Within 7 days from the date of booking Brentwood Livery will refund 100% of the deposit in good measure.
• On the Eighth day from the date of booking Brentwood Livery reserves the right to retain the 50% non-refundable deposit previously paid.
• Payment is due 14 days prior to the date of service. Within 7 days of the wedding reservation no refund is applicable.

Corporate and Social Event Cancellation Policy

• Upon cancellation within 30 days of the date of reservation Brentwood Livery reserves the right to retain the 50% non-refundable deposit. 
• Upon cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time Brentwood Livery reserves the right to collect/process 100% of the estimated charges for the reservation

Airport Cancellation Policy

• A $15.00 fee will apply to any client directed itinerary time changes within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation (rescheduling of the reservation is based on availability)
• The vehicle will wait in the airport compound for 60 minutes after the airplane has been declared landed before wait charges will take effect
  
• Waiting time fees
• Sedan is $15.00/half hour
• Limousine is $30.00/half hour
• A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed if client contacts our office within 75 minutes of declared landing time.
• After the chauffeur has waited at the airport compound for 2hrs with no communication from the client, a "No Show" will be declared and the vehicle will return to base
• A "No Show" will be charged at full rate plus applicable wait fees
• A Cancellation within 7 days from the date of booking (if the service is not within that 7 days) will not be charged a cancellation fee.
• An airport reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved service will be charged at 50%
• A reservation cancelled after the vehicle has been dispatched (approx. one hour before flight arrival) will be charged full rate.
