We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Niagara Falls! Mark was absolutely awesome and very helpful. He made us all feel so very important which was great. Our experience with Brentwood was nothing short of spectacular. Our parents are still raving about the service that was provided. We needed a large vehicle to transport our group of 24, and the limobus was a little bit of luxury that made the day even more special. While Daryl and I didn't get to spend much time on the bus, due to photos, our wedding party had a great time playing Wii and staying warm (even though we ended up with 14*C weather in November...) on the bus. Our chauffeur, George, was phenominal. He came around, serving the crackers, cheese, and fruit (which he provided), as well as the trays we brought with us. He made sure that Daryl and I were pampered, asking us if we needed anything throughout the photo process, bringing us bottled water and snacks when we needed them. The decorations were exactly what we requested - the "Almost Married" sign was super cute. We really appreciated that our requests were met in every regard - from the serving of the non-alchoholic champagne (when one family member complained, George kept a professional mannerism and explained that it had been the bride & groom's preference), Pepsi product instead of Coke, and the red carpet upon arrival at our ceremony. George had some 'colourful' people on board his bus that day, but he was professional, kind, and kept his great sense of humour throughout the day. We were extremely pleased with Brentwood's service. George was wonderful, he made sure that we were on time and was very accomodating when we had a last minute change in photo location. Everything did go really well, Brian was great. We will definitely refer your service to our friends. I think the best part of your service was the attention to everything. There were so many times throughout the pictures that Brian asked me if I needed anything. And when I did need something, he was great at getting it for me. The stretch suv was perfect for a large wedding party. There were 12 of us, 7 were guys and we all fit comfortably. There was lots of room and it was easy getting in and out of even with my big wedding dress, as it was at the perfect height. The limo was on time, and got everyone where they needed to be on time. It is so hard to pinpoint our favourite part, but Brent helped so much in assisting us with whatever we needed - we even dropped by a store to pick up some things before going to the reception! The late night pick-up was a great idea. It was a relief to see Brent’s smiling face at 1:30am.
